Randy Weirich is a licensed builder with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to his expertise as a general contractor, he brings hands-on skill in all aspects of the building process from framing, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry, to concrete, plumbing and electrical work. A move to northern Michigan in 2002 provided the inspiration and impetus for realizing his long-time dream of starting his own business. He finds deep satisfaction in serving Christ through this work.

Nadine Weirich is a licensed social worker with a background in counseling and project management. Her passion for helping people live out their dreams led to collaborating with her husband in the creative, spiritual and organizational aspects of Heart Homes. Her best ideas and inspirations come from long hikes in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with her black lab, Stella.
