Randy designed this wonderful retreat, in the New Neighborhood of Empire, after meeting with the owners to discuss their retirement cottage wish list. He had sketched just this concept a few months prior, so it developed naturally and easily when the perfect owners came along. One design review and they were in love with the plan!

This couple has a love of color, which is reflected throughout the interior of the cottage, and is spectacularly offset by classic cottage detailing of white bead board, cabinetry, trim and plenty of built-ins. The exterior showcases a Heart Home signature, three complementary colors with an accent on the doors; a wrap around front porch; and a sweet little screen porch in the back.
